Long Island native Jen Jones has spent the majority of her 43 years looking at life through the lens. Bitten by the photo bug in junior high, she took photography class after class, obtaining equipment by requesting it as gifts for birthdays and holidays. Always an avid amateur, Jen enrolled in the S.U.N.Y Graphics curriculum, as well as spending quality time in the darkroom at Hofstra University. Professional studio work followed, specializing on portraiture. More recently, Jen's emphasis on digital work has allowed her the flexibility to produce high resolution, quality imagery without the confines of the traditional studio. For the consumer, this freedom provides them the opportunity to acquire professional images in non-traditional settings.
